What do I need before buying?

Do I top up messaging funds for each number separately?
No. All numbers purchased under the same Haomai account share one messaging balance. Log in to check the balance and charges. Number purchases are charged separately to your wallet.
Can I preview templates before buying?
Yes. Open a product that includes templates and choose Preview templates to see the language, message and buttons. Buy once you've checked the content. If the preview isn't available yet, ask support first.
Where can I find my purchased numbers?
Open Purchases to view your numbers and orders. For help with purchases or top-ups, choose Contact support to reach us on Telegram. We're available 24/7.
What should I know about buying and using accounts?
