How are messages billed from October 2026?
From October 1, 2026, Beijing time, Service messages are charged on delivery. Each number gets 1,000 free messages per month, with no message or platform fees. Unused allowance does not roll over.
Utility templates are charged inside the 24-hour service window too. They do not use the free Service message allowance.
Rates depend on the recipient’s country or region. Use the cost calculator to see unit prices, the free allowance and your estimated total.

Top up your wallet, then choose Add messaging funds. Enter the amount and confirm. Once transferred, your purchased numbers can all use the balance.
Your wallet also pays for number purchases. Keep enough funds for both purchases and messaging. The purchase page shows the required balance.

For every top-up, use the asset, network, amount and payment address shown on the new order. Check the result after paying. Don't send another payment using an old order or screenshot.
